The DROP has a traditional drivetrain that uses the SRAM X5 derailleur to change gears and KMC roller chain to transmit power to the rear wheel. 

The DROP is equipped with a high-performance 750W mid-drive motor to elevate the throttle and pedal assist with both satisfying high speeds and hill-climbing (120nM of torque) capabilities.

This design offers lighter weight and higher energy efficiency of any design, translating into longer range. A wide-range 9-speed 11/34 tooth cassette allows for both superb hill-climbing and high speeds. 

The KMC chain is highly corrosion-resistant (even in winter riding conditions). The comfortable absorbing fork comes with a sealed cartridge designed to require minimal service.
